What we collect
We collect only what we need to run and improve the site. This falls into two
buckets:
- Anonymous analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying data about
which credentials are searched and how pages are used, so we can decide what to
research next and where navigation is confusing.
- Contact details you give us. If you email us or use the contact
form, we receive the name and email address you provide, used solely to reply.
We do not require an account to use TestPrepPilot, and we do not build user profiles for advertising.
Cookies & analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies for essential site functionality (such as remembering
your light/dark theme preference) and privacy-respecting analytics. We do
not run aggressive third-party ad-tracking networks on this site.
Affiliate links
Some links to training providers and exam-booking platforms are affiliate links.
Clicking one and making a purchase may set a cookie placed by that provider or its
affiliate network so the referral can be attributed. That is standard to affiliate
programs and is governed by the provider's own privacy practices. We never receive

How we use and share data
We use your information to operate the site, respond to messages, and understand what
to improve. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We
share data only with processors we use to run the site (such as an email or analytics
provider), under terms that limit them to providing that service.

TestPrepPilot is intended for adults researching professional credentials. We do not
